Abstract Submission

Submission Steps

- Submit your abstract to our Scientific Committee for review.
- If accepted, you’ll be invited to register and present.
- After the event, you may submit a full paper for publication.
- If you prefer, your abstract alone will still be published in the Conference Abstract Book.
- Presentations are confirmed once registration fees are paid.

Abstract Rules

- 200–250 words
- 3–5 keywords

Full Paper Preparation

We’re looking for original, unpublished research that offers fresh insights in the field. Please note that submissions under review elsewhere will not be considered.

Language Notes

- Papers must be written in English. .
- Use either American or British spelling consistently.
- If needed, you may use editing tools or services to improve language clarity.

Review Process

- Every paper undergoes double-blind peer review.
- The corresponding author must ensure all co-authors agree with the submission.
- The publisher cannot take legal responsibility for disputes.

  • Size: A1
  • Title, authors, and affiliations at the top
  • Use visuals and charts to make your poster engaging
  • Poster must match the accepted abstract
    Please avoid foam boards or heavy materials

Oral Presentation Guidelines

  • 15 minutes presentation time
